Niks gehad.
9/10 zijn de 30 dagen over waarbinnen moet geleverd worden. Mailtje gestuurd. Antwoord: ik moet wachten tot de 23ste
23ste weer mailtje gestuurd. Antwoord: ze zullen mij (hoe? per gewone post? per postduif?) een formulier opsturen waarin ik moet verklaren dat ik de dvd nooit gekregen heb, en kan ik die nog eens versturen / faxen naar hun klantendienst.
Intussen 1 1/2 maand aan het wachten, niks gehad.

Exactly one month ago I ordered the DVD set The Sarah Connor Chronicles season one (order 7612328). I have outwaited the 30 days you require in your delivery conditions, yet I have not had the pleasure to receive anything yet, so I must assume by now that it has gone lost in the mail. Delivery usually takes 10 working days from our Warehouse in the Channel Islands.
For items sent abroad we do need to allow 30 days for items being sent abroad.

We are 23/10 today and I still have not received my order. If it was posted on 11/09 as you claim, I think I may state that I've more than outwaited the 30 days waiting period. In fact, I've been waiting for a month and a half now to no avail. I would appreciate if you could look into this further, and would even appreciate more if it would not take another six weeks. We will need to trace your item and in order to arrange this we will post a self declaration form to you. When you receive this please could you sign and return the form to the following name and address:
