V FOR VENDETTA Best Buy Exclusive vandaag ontvangen. Hij is wat groter dan ik had verwacht. Er staat nergens vermeld tot hoeveel stuks hij is gelimiteerd en dus niet genummerd.Een leuk setje maar de giftset zal geen klassieker worden:

Ik weet niet of deze al ergens staat.. Maar hij ziet er te gek uit!!

Hij komt van duitse amazon, ik hoop dat de box niet van dat goedkope plastic is als the fly en die simpsons hoofden.

En ik had ergens gelezen dat Paul W.S. Anderson een director's cut wilde uitbrengen met meer gore. Is deze al uit of moet die nog komen of was het gewoon een gerucht?
Ik zie in iedergeval dat deze box even lang duurt als de rest.

Forbidden Planet will be released by Warner Bros. Nov. 14 in two DVD editions to mark its 50th anniversary. The two-disc special edition ($27) includes the restored film, three documentaries and other programs featuring Robby the Robot. A collector's edition ($60) comes with a Robby action figure and lobby cards.

Zeker een setje wat ik ga kopen, de film is fantastisch!

Deze wordt zeker van mij:

Fox were doing their Q4 last week and coming in the New Year will be Predator, Predator 2 and AVP (in an all new "savage" cut). The set is 6 discs housed in a secret compartment within a huge Predator Warrior bust made from "high grade vinyl and abs" and made by Sideshow. This release will be worldwide (possibly staggered with Japan getting it first) and includes a numbered certificate of authenticity. No details on price and pics are only in hard copy format at the moment.. Rest assured when available electronically it'll be upped here

Sin City Recut - Limited Fetish/Varnish Box (Germany)

Will be released on 11th November. It's 2 disc set with comic book and should be identical to the RC1/RC3 recut edition.

Dit intresseer me meer... Hopelijk niet dezelfde cut als de R1 Unrated edition, maar nog meer gore en nieuwe scénes. Dan zou ik me die wel eens durven aanschaffen 8)

Wendy (David Lynch's Hotel Room) leaves her husband, taking off into the voids of Africa. She picks up a hitchhiker (Robert John Burke; Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Munich), a traveling serial killer who snaps photos of his victims before killing them. Wendy does not realize the danger she is in until a police detective (Zakes Mokae; The Comedians, Serpent and the Rainbow) arrives to warn her that her "companion" is something much worse than just a killer -- he is a shape-shifting demon who steals his victims' souls.
