Transformers live action movie

Op mijn bericht over de Neon Genesis Evangelion live action movie werd amper gereageerd, maar deze tekenfilm is vast bij meer mensen bekend: Transformers.

"The Transformers" -- the ever-morphing Hasbro toy line introduced in the mid-1980s that has gone on to spawn comic books, multiple television series and an animated feature -- are being prepped to change shape again, this time into stars of the big screen. Angry Films topper Don Murphy (whose next film is "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen") and writer-producer Tom DeSanto ("X-Men" and "X2: X-Men United") have teamed to produce a feature-length, live-action movie based on the popular brand. The duo are expected to shop the project to studios shortly, and DeSanto said they have already received interest from a handful of directors hoping to get involved in the project. DeSanto is currently working on a story treatment for the project before he and Murphy hire a screenwriter to adapt it for the big screen.

De jaren 80 zijn weer populair en we zullen het geweten hebben.
Zolang er geld uit te slaan valt mogen ons waarschijnlijk nog aan Battle Of The Planets en GI Joe verwachten.
Alleen maar hopen dat ze My Little Pony links laten liggen.

Ik als echte fan kan dit alleen maar toe juichen, maar aan de andere kant is Transformers The Movie bijna niet te overbruggen. Deze film die ook in de bios is geweest en menig kind deed shockeren in 1986 is zeer sterk en qua verhaal en aktie een echte klassieker. Als ze het doen moeten ze ook verder gaan met Optimus Prime. En niet met de Takara series. Of Armada das die crap die nu op foxkids komt. Daar zit geen diepgang meer in.

Zal wel weer een CGI festijn worden zoals de laatste 300 uit Hollywood.

hij is wel erg cool gedaan
nu maar hopen dat de film ook echt zo wordt

Het is in ieder geval een film die ik zeker en vast zal zien en uiteindelijk er op DVD zal bijkomen.

Het filmpje is mooi gedaan en veelbelovend.

Megatron is gewoon een GUN klaaruit... en geen soundwave? erg slecht en hoe vet zou het wederom klinken alleen nu in de 5.1 en dan keihard: "As you command Megatron!" em hij is een tapedeck that's it... al die tapes die nu bv ineens cd's worden? minder... minder.... minder...

Tja, wel jammer dat ze Megatron veranderen, maar zoals in de tekenfilm is gewoon niet te doen in een live action film. Hij is echt tien keer kleiner als hij is getransformeerd in een gun. Zolang ze zijn robot versie maar wel ongeveer hetzelfde houden vind ik een nieuwe transformatie dus wel goed.

Soundwave moet wel kunnen vind ik. Dan moet hij gewoon niet in zo'n ouderwetse tape-recorder veranderen, maar in een gigantische audioinstallatie/zendapparaat ofzo. "As you command, Megatron." MOET er inderdaad gewoon inkomen.

Als ze Megatron gewoon de gun van Devastator, of één van de andere "gestalts" laten zijn is er toch niets aan de hand? Ik hoop in ieder geval dat ze hem in zijn robot- mode op de G1 Megatron laten lijken!

Soundwave MOET er gewoon in! En niet als één of ander pigméé- cd spelertje, gewoon als de machtige rechter hand van Megatron... dan maar geen tapedeck...

Soundwave geen tapedeck maar een cd-speler? Onmogelijk. Laat hem dan maar niet tranformeren maar continu in robot mode door het scherm lopen. Als het maar de vertrouwde Soundwave is.

Alle auto's zijn ook verouderd maar wat maakt dat uit? Ik zit er echt niet op te wachten dat ze alles naar deze tijd vertalen. Hound mag onder geen beding een Hummer worden, en Jazz blijft gewoon de oude Porsche en wordt niet plotseling een Boxster om maar een paar voorbeelden te noemen.

Ik heb toevallig laatst de reissue van Jazz aangeschaft en ben ook al 23

een maat van me is 28 en heeft bijna alle vintage Transformers uit de jaren 80.....het resultaat van al in 1984 met een collectie beginnen :P hij mist er nog maar een paar..ultiem respect voor hem

Think Reality...... Grappige woordspeling. Want ik zie dagelijks vrachtwagens en auto's op de snelweg veranderen in robots.........

Ik heb nog altijd hoop op de seizoensboxen van de originel serie met nlo.

In ieder geval zal dit wel een dure film worden ... hopelijk kan de CGI het aan. Een autokes in een robot ... lijkt me fijn ... maar een vrachtwagen of een vliegtuig of de echt heel groten ... dan moet je al iets kunnen om het indrukwekkend te krijgen. Want ik wil onder de indruk zijn in de cinema als ik deze ga zien ...
